I must get over and do it one of these years. So will you now be carrying a spare mech hanger when you head out ? Once you've had one
fail it becomes another standard part of the get-you-home spares collection.

Yep, we'll soon be carrying spare bikes!
Had a great day, saw loads of people and I was pleased with my performance. Was in the top 200 so had to do the extra punishment loop
as well... Not happy about that at the time, but glad I was in the top 200.

I may start carrying one, although it does get to the point that you could carry every part! I tried setting up as single speed, but
have since been told that I could have tensioned it using tooth paste tube, (always worth carrying for various reasons), and zip ties.
