Awesome day in Auckland competing in the ITU Age-Group World Triathlon Championships.
My race went well, despite a bit of a nightmare with my shoe out of T2.
Finished 11th and 2nd Brit (I think) which should be enough for a pre-qualification place at next years World Champs.

Well done!
That mean you should be able to save your legs a bit from the shin splints again and hopefully do even better next year? Or will you be
doing the same number races anyway for preparation?
