Dyfi Enduro Winter Warm Up
quote:The Dyfi Enduro Winter Warm Up is a new event for 2011 - it will be a "mini-enduro" just lower mileage and a compact version of
the May Event.
It costs just £15 to enter, which will include a donation to the Ian Pryce Memorial Fund. The cost will include:
A cracking range of route distances - minimum 12 miles maximum 28 miles with a 20 mile option all way-marked.
Registration, toilets and catering facilities in Corris .
The Winter Warm Up will run on a similar format to most non-competitive Enduro events, there will be St John's staff, a paramedic a
well supplied feed station The event is aimed at regular and new enduro style event riders.
We have kept all costs to a minmum in order to still be able to raise some money for charity, while holding the entry fee down to £15
and providing a great winter ride.
As weather is very unpredictable in January we have kept the route away from the very highest hills, and have avoided one or two tracks
that tend to get too muddy, but don't be fooled into thinking that this will be an easy ride - the route is still hilly throughout, and
takes in the legendary Builth descent along with several others. It is also very picturesque.
