Summer Winds

Plenty of wind about at the moment - Almost 50 knots on Thursday at times and some lovely waves too. Yesterday was pretty mad as well, but I'd smashed my ribs up during Thursday's session so couldn't get out.

It's looking OK at the moment for today as well - Don't you just love the British summer!

Windsurfing - What its all about!

Its been a long time coming - finally some full on windsurfing conditions!
Down here in the Poole Harbour / Sandbanks / Bournemouth area we had a good few days of 4.5 metre weather!

I think everyone is now pretty broken, after trying to remember exactly how it is you windsurf + fitness may not have been all it should!
