Aberystwyth MTB Rides Week Beginning 19th April
Night Ride
Continuing our preparations for the Dyfi Enduro, this week it is the Dyfi forest on Wednesday 21st April and once again we will meet
further north to ride the trails around Bailyes Bridge. We should meet here I think http://tinyurl.com/yyuytbe.
Aberllefeni is northeast of Corris, so turn off of the main road north into Corris, drive through Corris and continue on to
Aberllefeni. Drive through Aberllefeni and up into Cwm Gerwyn where we'll meet in the layby just before the top of the hill.
We will ride down Bailey Bridge and maybe do the ride that Tegid and Joe et al did last week, obviously recceing the trails. The World
Cup descent used to be a cracker and then was sanitised by logging operations, but has now regained some of its former glory
apparently, so that will be fun to go down and may be on the enduro itself.
Weekend Ride
End of Month Ride - Dyfi Enduro pre-ride. A ride around the entire Dyfi Enduro course (except for the initial bit on the road). Meet
at the ClimachX Car Park, Ceinws at 10am and bring some lunch as we will be out for most of the day.
General Info
There is a group of 10ish transient and 4-5 regular “hardcore” riders who join in on these rides in and around
Aber/Mach.
We will ride for 2-2¬? hours depending on the people who join us, at a social pace.

Dyfi Enduro pre-ride tomorrow... Trails should be dry and dusty with no rain for the last few weeks.... Although there is some rain
forecast for later in the day so don't forget to bring a coat just in case!
