Wind for SATURDAY
With no wind forecast - at all - and non present, I was enjoying a sneaky lil post-breakfast nap, when I distinctly felt the van
starting to rock, then I heard a faint howling....
Looked outside and yes - it was Fish and Andy B bouncing around excitedly and pointing an Andy's wind meter.
And from no-where we had 15-20 knots of NorWesterly - isn't British weather great!
Smashing session on the 11m, just the 3 of us out, and the water was surprisingly mild considering the time of year.
Definitely worth and in fact another from me cos its the first time out since January.
Then back to the van for a hot shower, JD and coke and the rugby - top end to a very unpromising day
You know INSTINCTively when you're living on the EDGE...

It was a little unexpected wasn't it... But a nice steady wind so it was good that some of us were able to make the most of it.
