Aberystwyth MTB Rides Week Beginning 15th Feb
Night Ride
This weeks evening ride is on Wedensday and up at Angler's Retreat. Link at

We could do the figure of eight loop and maybe take in the slab as well 
or we could ride out and go down the chute. I fancy the latter as I've not been out there for a while, but we can watch the weather and
take it from there .
Lights are a necessity for the ride. Dave has a spare set of lights, so if you want to borrow some then let us know. Bring something
warm for the end of the ride as it can still get cold later on. Bringing a change of clothing might be a good idea.

Other Rides
Student TT is on Wednesday up at Nant.
21st: inaugural Cyclocross ride. Called the Belgian Mix up. The ride will about 50km over tarmac, bike trail, forest road and muddy
tracks, a cyclo-cross bike, with a grippy front tyre will be best, but an MTB with super fast tyres should be OK. On the way out the
plan is to keep the tempo mellow, & turn it up on the way back if anyone feels the need..
General Info
There is a group of 10ish transient and 4-5 regular “hardcore” riders who join in on these rides in and around
Aber/Mach.
We will ride for 2-2¬? hours depending on the people who join us, at a social pace.
