A week in El Medano, just got back, 6 days of wind out of 7 can't be bad, bit of a shock being back in blighty mind.

i crashed on purpose to take my mind off my back!!!!
Fingers crossed backs been ok for a while now..
ice and bikes don't mix..just cancelled (or chicken'd out) of a motorbike enduro this coming sunday, grounds to frozen..
mmmmm snowkiting maybe..Dan from PKS came back from aberyswyth on sunday and said going the newtown route cars were stopping off and
people were getting out and putting skis on to go and play

Get some knee and shin guards col, I hardly ever ride without them now. I was watching a jeep cheroke drive around the woods up pennal
whilst biking on boxing day, thinking it was dodgy due to the ice. Yesterday I watched two trucks with chains pulling it up from the
bottom of a 60 foot cliff :0
