Heres some info I found elsewhere:

quote:
You can hire boards in the far South West (Agios Giorgos). The place was run by a Brit, who might possibly let you take gear away if you leave a deposit or guarantee. His place is North of the other German operated outfit on the beach. The nearest windsurf shops is Athens.
There are pretty much only 2 sets of conditions in the summer in Corfu: Maestro (mistral) or no Maestro. With no Maestro wind, a NW force 3-4 (occasionally 5) blows almost daily off Kassiopi, accelerated in the channel facing Albania. You can catch this best from the NW corner of Avlaki bay, down a short dirt road. It's slalom or freestyle with a few chop hops, all on beautiful blue water - in shorts.
When the Maestro is blowing in Corfu Town, the half dozen Corfiot short boarders head down South to Halikounas, the beach near the Northern end of Lake Korission. The Maestro can blow force 6 or more, and the waves pick up nicely for starboard tack jumping. Other Maestro venues are the aforementioned Agios Giorgos, which is just further down, and also Arillas Bay in the far NW. Relatively dodgy offshore flat water blasting can also be had in Ipsos bay.Corfu can be great, but it certainly isn't like the Aegean with its Meltemi wind. Be prepared to drive around. The NE is not a bad place to be based (near Avlaki).

From other things I've read it doesn't sound as though there is much winsurf activity elsewhere in Corfu, but if you're lucky you might get a sail... It sounds as though St. Georges is the best place to be anyway.
