Two laps around my back garden then off to the pub to wind down.
The path was a little tricky cus one of my slabs has cracked but the full sus handled it well."
Sad really, the things that lack of wind does to a man - even Graham!

shame you werent here yesterday for a solid day of it hey spooks, ( shame I had to work me ass off all day watching it as well, could
