read an article about it. Its in Spain if its what I think it is, its not supposed to be walkable anymore, more a very advanced via
ferrata come climb in some sections,
does look stunning though
if its worth doing, its worth over doing.

I think Ive ridden near some of it 
It looks a lot like the area that I rode with sierra cycling in spain last year, I can't remember the name of the area though
I can't say I would fancy the more extreme bits
