Clarach Jam III
Not sure if anyone can enter but the UWA MTB club are holding a downhill event in Clarach this weekend:

The track will be Nick's one with the switchbacks and drops and the stepdown (there is the possiblity of another one being used as well
if the dig day goes well.)
Pre race we will be having a dig day on the 16th to sort the track out. Meet at the stile at the top of Clarach woods at 2.
As for the race itself, racing kicks off at 1530, and I will endeavour to get there as near to 12 as possible so as to get the course
taped and race plates handed out.
Please can we have max attendance, even from XC jeyboy types, give riding it a go and if you are too much of a pansy then come along to
heckle!
Could be fun to watch if nothing else!

are there any restrictions on the type of bike....
could be fun to see what time a dirtbike could post on a downhill compared to an mtb..

I remember seeing this course and walking around it about 4 years ago. If it's still the same, all I can say is mental!!!!
