where on the Easterly borth/aberdyfi

Is anyone using aberdyfi in easterly winds,,thinking of heading down after work....wheres my best bet,, borth or aberdyfi

Best bet is to launch from Ynyslas and sail in the estuary.. You really need to be there around high tide though (2 hours either side is best), although the channels are OK for most of the tide but can get a little narrow at low tide.

There were a few of us out this morning. I caught the best of the wind with it peaking around 30 knots early on and then dying off.... But it has picked back up again over the last half hour and is back up around 30-35 knots.
