General Wind conditions during the summer in SW England

I will come to south of England this summer (Probably in the end of July) and wonder where and when it's best to go kitesurfing. I have not been surfing in UK before, is there sometime during July and August when it's too busy with people? How is the wind normally during that time of the year, is it normaly some weeks with more or less wind? Any recommendations of where to go?
