Tuesdays looking mighty sweet at the mo, whos out to play, I could do ynys las or Aberdyfi. Well keen.

Looks good, but I have a meeting in Llandysul, so probably won't have time to get out... Although there is time in the evenings now that the clocks have changed so I might squeeze a session in.

we're up for a bit of kiting......know we're gonna feel that cold after 3 month in Europe but brought some moves bac with us
