Returning to Windsurfing

Hi - I'm Caribbean Cat and I am returning to windsurfing after 15 years. I say returning, I never really got a grip of it 15 years ago!

I'm maintaining a blog at http://learning-to-windsurf.blogspot.com. Learn all about the trials and challenges here!

Haven't quite got started yet.. Need to get fit.. After 15 years of too much drink, food and smoke, I need to get fit first as I've gained a lot of weight. Proper challenge this one!
