Ynys Las for kite landboarding?

You guys are in the area so you may know..can you can kite land board at Ynys Las?

Someone has mentioned that it could be a great spot for Kitewing/Dirtsurfing.. but someone else says its not allowed.. whats the status, and is it any good?

you'll love it there. One of Dereks mates yous'd to kitewing with a dirt surfer here a few years ago, but havent sen him 4 a while

Check out the beach guide section of the site.

Borth beach guide

Think most will agree the Golf course car park [also known as the centre of the FON universe ] is the best place to set up and use. Sand is usually fairly hard, gets softer up towards the north and the estuary mouth and can either be mirror flat or quite ripply......

In an onshore with flat sand its lovely and can blat all the way to Borth....
