Broadband and mobile...help!!

Ok, so my broadband and phone contracts are both up and I have the oportunity to step into the minefield that is 'Sales Patter'

Ive been sent some info through the post on Virgin mobile and broadband... 2 for £20 a month. They do more packages but the question I need help with is: will the phone work when I am at the beach, namely Dovey/Ynyslas? anyone fron that neck of the woods using Virgin mobile or any of d'massif/pykies got any experience?

Also, is the broadband package any good?

Are people signed up to similar deals with other providers?

Any help/coments would be much appreciated.

John

I was with Virgin for my internet for 7 years, first dial-up then broadband. I couldn't fault them. Connection was rock solid and any problems dealt with super efficiently.

Haven't a clue about their Mobile service.

I quit Virgin cuz Orange offered me a bundled service with Broadband, Phone and Mobile all for the princely sum of £30.00.

Orange are Ok, good mobile signal at borth, Broadband is fine although was sketchy to start with. Don't expect any customer service from them if things go wrong - they're shocking - and that's being polite !!

Chears Rich, was good to catch up with you and Dunks the other day.

I know what you mean about Orange. I've been with them for years and no signal problems but customer service is the worst.

So.. anybody using Virgin mobile down that neck of the woods, no good having a mobile that won't work where I kitesurf. Chears

Chears Neil..yeh,20,30 and 40 quid packages but that sounds good to me. Will save me a pretty peny and it's available in my area.
