power kiting / kite surfing at black rock
does any one know what the rules for kiting at black rock are ?as im up there end of june . last i knew only idiots in novas with 26"
wheels were allowed to race up and down the beach .

You forgot the jet ski's / bikes.
I've always thought there was a summer ban in place. I saw a sign saying no kiting at the beach entrance 2 weeks ago too BUT a couple
of the guys here have been in the water recently.
So I'm confused. I might have to have a word with the warden. Being a native might have its advantages

seems to be a ban on land based kites only.
water stuff is ok.
although it may be only 'wheeled' kiting is banned as when neil was heading to the water the other saturday the warden in the pickup
stopped to ask if he was going to 'ride on the beach' ?
so perhaps someone asking for sure would clear up the confusion.
that said, dodging the jet ski trailers at this time of year wouldnt be easy.
