Well I'm chpping trees and bowling this weekend as I think all of Shem & Al's mid week sailing have finally soaked up the wind.

he cuts down trees
he wear high heel suspenders and a bra
on thursday he goes shoppin and has buttered scones for tea,

I'd opt for the wedge heel Mark, much more supportive, especially when taking part in an activity such as bowling.

without foot straps for definate, they tend to rub the tops of your feet if your not careful.
