Sarurdays and sundays are normally quite busy at ynys las. If you go to the end of the beach and look over towards tywyn, youll probably see us all out on the Aberdyfi side.

Yep, there are usually a few people about, often lots more. from Borth, head North to Ynyslas and a the road bears around to the right there is an entrance to a car park just after the bus stop... Go in there and head to the far northern end of the car parkm that is where most people congregate.

Unless the inwd is from the East then we'll be in the estuary... Instead of turning into the car park just keep going straight to the end of the road.

Not everyone is a kitesurfer (I rarely kitesurf myself these days). Windsurfers congregate in the same place (or at my house and then walk across to the beach). Surfers tend to go out from the Lifeboat station in Borth unles there is a nice clean but small swell in which case Ynyslas is better (And there are plenty of other good breaks all along the coast where the better surfers head).

Land-kiters, buggiers, land-sailors etc etc all tend to go out from the Golf Course Car park the same as the kitesurfers and windsurfers.

See you on da beach.

Al.
