Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me out here!

I took this picture last Saturday and haven't a clue who the guy is! It was Llangenith beach if that helps. Can anyone help me track him down?

I'm a photographer specializing in sports photography, and I'd like to try and sell the image - splitting the profits with the kiter!
