Well there was a good turn out today about 18 kitesurfers..
There was a realy scarey incident i dont know if anyone been there in the past but they opened Blackpool airport to international..
There was a few lads on the water and i was just setting my kite up with another lad when we heard this roar comin from the sea there
was this 737 pass jet banking over the sea coming in to land it was realy low ,,one stage me and this lad looked at each other as if to
say RUN Its going to hit the Dunes (but it didnt )of course,,
when we looked out to sea directly below the jet were about three kites in the sea they were pulling the saftey to get out of the jet
blast,,
but unfortunatly one didnt get out in time the blast cought this kite and he got riped of the water luckly he let go but it snapped his
lines ,
Lucky
Apart from that it was a good day.

Yeh they sure do
LOL
Iv been going there for a while now and its the first time i seen them
fly that low and it was low cloud,,,
but kitesurfing is an xtrm sport ,,,
