Health Warning
Just to let you all know, I managed to pick up a very nasty ear infection, most likely from the estuary a couple of weeks ago. A
friend of mine was also affected by the same thing from the same exposure. Any other poor suffers out there?
If so, I strongly suggest filing a report to "Surfers Against Sewage" - www.sas.org.uk
It's all on line and very quick.

Im not surprised!! If theres been a lot of rain, its quite usual to pick up infections. Its usually caused by land spill rain, passing
over sheep poo and urine, mixing with the sea water and hey presto, your Ill, so if theres been a lot of rain, anywhere with a stream
or river is usually nasty. Llanrhystyd is a prime example as well,
