A bow would def be the way forward to protect your back, no more back jerking. You can surf all day and not feel like you have left the
house!
Would have to reccomend the North Air Styler waist harness too, possibly the best bit of kit I have ever bought.
Have a good weekend everyone, hitting Lydd on the south coast this weekend, forecast is getting near 30mph
