does Dougie count, he can't get up on a board but he body surfs well!!

thought about timing him on my board but the safety implications and fear of losing my job stopped me!!

imagine green peace pulling up alongside and boarding to discover a bondaged drowning spaniel on a vets kiteboard!!!
