Should be some wind arround this W/E

It looks as though Friday and Sunday should be windy this weekend, and there may be enough for windsurfing on Saturday too. High Tides at Borth are around 5-6pm.

Is anyone gonna be around?

Steve, are you coming down...I might be able to rearrang Friday mornings work schedule if the forecast still looks good and there'll be others out.

Al.

Where are you Dave??

Its been windy here and although a bit wet, not too bad really...besides whats wrong with wet??....Not too good for bonfires I guess.

Forecast looks good windysurfing wise though:
quote:
St Davids Head to Colwyn Bay, including St Georges Channel.
24 hour forecast:
Wind: west or southwest 4 or 5 backing south 3 or 4, increasing southeast 6 to gale 8 on Saturday.
Weather: rain on Saturday.
Visibility: moderate or good, possibly poor at times.
Sea State: moderate or rough, locally very rough later on Saturday.
Outlook for the following 24 hours:
Wind: veering west or southwest gale 8, later easing 5 or 6.
Weather: showers.
Visibility: moderate or good.
Sea State: rough or very rough.
