Lots n lots of gybing practice. The wind was a bit light to start with, but picked up nicely.
A really good session for both Sarah and I.
Rob and his two mates were learning on my old hifly, so I gave a few tips, they seemed to be doing ok.
So come on then Rob, how did you get on with the windsurfing???... Will we see you doing forward loops soon!!!

no sweat al, i was cruising up and down like a dream!! well... for at most 30ft before going down in a plume of water and expletives!
and that was after about 8 hours on the water!!
on reflection, i think i know why we all kept falling off so soon... what dave said all along, keep those arms straight!
can't wait for another bash! i'm on a course for the next two weeks at cosford so won't be able to get down unless the weather is bad,
but after that expect to see me bobbing around in the estuary at every opportunity!
thanks again for the help dave. we got back home at half eleven completely shattered, needless to say getting up for work today was a
struggle!

Glad you enjoyed it, you all showed great perseverance I bet you slept
well
Al,
Rob & his mates (sorry forgot their names) were out there for hours, and even tried some Beach starts
There was a lot of laughter coming from that end of the beach.
