weekend forecast

Hi All,

Badly need a sail so I'm considering a Sunday or Monday morning trek to Ynyslas.

The FON windguru forecast link is showing a wet one star easterly on Sunday morning but I'm not sure if this is customised to take account of the Dovey valley effect - Al could you confirm pls ... also, is this a 24hr delayed forecast?

bbc.co.uk is showing a sunny 11mph north easterly for Borth on Monday so this might be a better bet.

Anyone else considering it?

Cheers

Nick

It could be OK, but it looks as though any wind will be pretty shortlived and it will be wet with it. If it arrives at the right time of day we should be OK for the estuary and with high tide around 11am, we may be in luck for a morning session.... But if it arrives overnight things won't be so good!
