Fin sizes - suggestions please?

Can anyone suggest suitable fin sizes for my Cross 100 for the following sails (as I am still using the original fin that came with it and know I should have a fin for each of these sails, given their range):

Simmer 7.1 (flatwater marginal blasting)
Soul 5.8 (all-rounder)
Jet 4.7 (when its very windy!)

I know there is some kind of formula but can't remember what it is.

Take a look at the fin size calculator on the Boards website.

What size fin have you got?

I would think roughly around 38cm for the 7m
32cm for the 5.8m
25/28cm for the 4.7m

But it depends on body wieght as well.
