light wind pond session

I sailed at Draycote for 4 1/2 hours Monday on my early planer and 9mtr sail in sunny warm conditions, not too exciting but enjoyable, one thing that annoyed me though was some bloke on formula kit intent on racing me, a couple of times early on I went past him which I think must have irritated some what, after that every chance he had he would come up dead close at my side and force me up wind until I slowed until I'd almost stopped then he'd pass me, TWAT.As I was having a bite to eat one of the older boy's who sails there (in his 80's) sailed at a fairly fast speed straight onto the rocky beach landing on his back, he was pretty shaken up but lucky to have avoided serious injury.
