How the flippin heckers do you 'sheet in really hard' as I'm always told - when hanging on with only 1 arm?

You only have to sheet in with your back hand... letting go with your front hand actually makes you sheet in harder and lets the front
of the sail move forward helpgin you around.... Its probably easier to initiate with one hand... it just takes even more BALLS!!!!
