Vans

Well finally done it, got myself a Van, VW Transporter SWB (so I can park it), so I'm looking for all your top tips on kitting it out for windsurfing gear in the back, basically it's just going to be storage, not going to be sleeping in it, thats what hotels are for

So post all your lessons learnt and what you would do and what you did and what works well

many thanks

Paul

Have you taken a look at the photos of my van on this site??

http://forces-of-nature.co.uk/toybox_frames.htm

Its nice and comfy and easy to live in for two of us (we've just spent our honeymoon in it) along with 3 sailboards, 9 sails, 4 masts, 3 booms, two kitesurf boards, 4 kites, a mountain board and quite a few wetsuits!

It has a stove and such like but all the toys are below the 'living area' It even has a special place to hang wetsuits up to dry and a changing area in which I can stand up.

It is a LWB Transit though so probably a bit bigger than yours, but I had pretty much the same layout in my old SWB tranist, without the changing area.
