things not to do
riding a bike is fine but just dont fall off
esp on the road result cracked radial head time off water/bike weeks poss 3 months just as summer is here

Just hope it’s a short race
The boys have been sailing 4 times this week and the trails are dry and its warm, what a time to be injured. Hopefully one more week
off work then back problem at the moment is that I can’t straighten my arm past 145 degrees.
Don’t think I will be sailing for some time as my shoulder is also buggered but hopefully will be ok for the Autumn equinox.
Its not the number/size of the toys that count is how much they are used
