depends on what you consider is good ,during the summer months it gets good thermals when every where else is dead , but the tide has a major effect on the conditions. Clean waves you never really see ,but the bump/jump action is great .

Kelvin,

Can you give a bit more info on the S.Wales. I went for the first time this year sailed with a mate who has recently moved down there. We went to Newton great fun, but starboard tack - not my best side.

Any info would be a great help.

sounds good to me.
went to a great beach last october in charmouth near lyme regis great camp site 50 mtres from the beach with pretty good pub in the village.we could do trips all over the place! favourit strand beach in cape town though!
