N.S.H NEED SERIOUS HELP

Hello Im Angry.
I really want to start kite surfing with my own kit instead of using other peoples. Can anybody tell me the ideal kite for me and the ideal Board for me? I guess you could call me a virgin of the Kite Surf world, so please could anybody help me,
