What a day!!

Quite an exciting day here today. First I had a little windsurf session in the estuary, then had an epic session off the seafront (see the diaries for full details).

Shem had an eventful day too, a little overpowered whilst kitesurfing and at the end of his session lost his board. Luckily for him it turned up on the beach about 6 hours later!!!

And to top it all of its blowing an absolute hoolie out there at the moment. It's got to be 40 knots at the moment with some crazy gusts!!! The forecasts were right!!!.... Lets hope some of it lasts until tomorrow. The forecasts are predicting 30 knots first thing in the morning, 25 kts by 9am, 20 by midday, 18 at 3pm and then 14 at 6pm.... Perfect. 4.5m and wave board to start with, then 5m, then bigger board, then kiting!!!! .

I hear you, start with the 4 meter, up to a 9, then a 12 meter period, finished off with a 17 just before dark. Super sore arms for the rest of the week. Ill be over by 10am. NICE.

Might wear a leash, just at Aberdyfi side from now on!!

I'll see you later then Shem... Its a bit mad out there at the moment but has calmed down since last night

... Our Portaloo had moved when I got up this morning, we've lost the box that the cat sleeps in and the boards by the caravan were at the bottom of the garden!!!

The shed is still up though.

Things should be managable by 10ish, but the tide will still be quite high. I don't think I'll manage a big session today though as I'm a little sore after yesterdays epic.

See you later.. I wonder if Mike (who ate all the pies) will come over?
