It isn't a competition Jonny!!!
Weekend doesn't look too good to me at the moment thoughm so you will probably win.
It's blowing a hoolie out there at the moment though... Should be fun!!

Well, it certainly lived up to its promise.... 37 knots this morning, which had eased off to a nice 25 knots by the time we got on the
water.
And sunshine too!
Loads of mad blasting about in the waves and several trips across to Graveyards where the kiters were out... Not so much wind over
there though so I always struggled to get going on the Dyfi side, but plenty on the Ynyslas side allowing me to go where I pleased.
Diary
entry here

Wished I hadn't logged on now....
Warm, sunny and 20+ knots,
and I'm stuck in an office in Nottingham

Great session today just perfect and I actually felt OK out there although it still seemed fairly big out the back.
25 knots, waves 'n sun..... nice (is it really the end of October?)
Al,
I think I managed a few decent little jumps, don't suppose you saw any cause I'm not sure if I've got them right yet?

Look at the wind strength for 'Wick' on the Northern tip of Scotland. Was taken from XC weather a few minutes ago.
Thats force 11 on the beaufort scale. More than enough for the Red bull storm chase. You'd have to be on a 2m2 sail and 65 litre board
to have any chance in them conditions. Survival!

I don't know what happened there then Shady.... No one else has ever had a problem and you have some diary entries so it must have
worked OK when you did those??
Certainly was pretty good condition here today though.. Glad it wasn't as windy as N. Scotland though, I'm aching enough as it is.
Andy... I wasn't paying that much attention I'm afraid, but I did see you airborne a bit a couple of times... I'll watch out next time,
but by then you'll be onto loops anyway!!

another good day out windsurfing, blasting in the sunshine at dovey est- its a shame it all went a bit tits up when one windsufer
parted from his gear half way across. we all went out to help... and good news for him we draged it out onto borth side beach before
we waved bye bye to it going out to sea...But gad news for the kind sailor that kindly offered to give the windsurfer a lift across the
est- to collect his gear...he got in trouble trying to sail back to aberdovey in the strong winds and waves......he then broke his
mast..:-( .... and gues what next....yep the life boat had to go out.... what perfomance ay!......... glad it was'nt me...

I seemed to have missed the excitement in the estuary as I was passing through, sounds like quite a day.
Al,
Know what you meant it was a bit busy out there, no time to be watching others ;-)
