BWA* troup hit Glyn Cor again with a white's level , followed by the wall , bit of a long day with some tired legs coming back up the valley from Afan . Awaiting video footage from Nick the fish to be uploaded .
But nice shot of nick coming over the last step in whites before joining the new "ENERGY" section
