20 kts W on Sat???

Windfinder showing 11 kts W on Sat, 20 kts SSE on Sunday, maybe better off at blackrock for the better wind on the Sunday.

Anyone up for blackrock?

Borth is looking epic for the weekend at the moment... Strong W's on Saturday morning and then strong S-SE on Sunday with a monster swell.... If that really does materialise it could lead to some epic down-the-line wave riding!

It has all changed already.... Not looking so good for Saturday anymore.

It will all change again before the weekend arrives though.

Neil.... Aberydovey is shortened to Dovey, not Aber as Aber is short for Aberystwyth and you'll only confuse stupid people like me if you call Dovey Aber!!! ??

I've got sunday free for a change, not taking Josh to football this week.

I know it will all change but here's hoping Sunday is epic.

Looking like more wind in N wales for Sat, Blackrocks gotta be a better bet for the SSE sunday.

Spoke to Col and they are off to Blackrock, sure I'll be up that neck of the woods.

hopefully blackrock for me on sat, but i might have to work sunday (shock horror) at least i can sail properly instead of taking it easy because of my op...fingers crossed for the rock with wind

by the way the first entrance road by the spar is closed so you will have to go to the end of the road to gain access to the beach

Forecast to be chilly on Saturday. Do you lads bother wearing wetsuit gloves for kitesurfing? I've never used gloves for windsurfing in the cold before as you lose the feel but I imagine with kitesurfing you can?
Any opinions on gloves then?

Certain circumstances, warm and wet is good....say no more lol

Stood on a windswept beach when its 2degrees, warm and dry is a good option, we'll see if it does what it says on the tin..eh!

Did I hear you mention 'blouse'gues I'll be having to get myself a quiver ov bow's next

Jon - its just a matter of time before you turn......

why even master Bluebeard has felt the force and dangled his wotsits in the honeypot.

um - might be mixing my metaphors here?

or maybe I'm just writing sh*t as usual....

bit worried about the wind direction for saturday at black rock, looking like might be a poss off shore; maybe back to borth. will have to keep watch and decide tomorrow afternoon.
whats this "big girls blouse" it was averaging 36nkts on saturday and peaked at 42 and that was measured on the beach; could prabably have ridden on a big girls blouse in that wind
see you dude on the beach.
