Coming to aber again...need suggestions.

Hi everyone,
Well, I've visited Aber now and have decided to visit again, this time for the uni open day on the 22nd Oct and this time with my boyf Craig.
We need a place to stay for a few days. Can anyone recommend cheap digs? There doesnt seem to be a youth hostel in the town..?
Do you know anyone who is very kind and has a spare floor we can kip on? Had a great time mountain biking at Dovey last weekend... now I want to have a proper look at the sea!

Sorry, I don't really know many people who live in Aberystwyth itself. Most of the 'locals' I know live out in the hills somewhere or in Borth so are several miles from Aber. There isn't a Youth Hostel in Aber either, only one in Borth, which again is about 9 mils North of Aber and not a particularly good place to be if you want to go out in the evening in Aber.

Try asking at the dept. you are visiting, or e-mailing the mtb club secretary, they may have some suggestions, or one of the current students there may have some spare floor space for you.

Hope you manage to find something.
