Conwy Ascent canoe and SUP race/tour 15th June
If anyone fancies doing something a bit different on sat 15th June, there is the Conwy Ascent race up on the North coast. It is a 9 1/2
mile race and tour up the Conwy estuary for canoes and SUPs starting in Conwy. It is easier than it sounds as there is a good flood
tide to help you along. Full details are on the website at

If you are thinking about doing the Dyffryn Conwy Mountain Triathlon it is an excellent opportunity to practice the canoe section of
the course.
