Does anybody know what all the fuss was about on sunday afternoon? I think the lifeboat was called out and with all the activity on & around the area? PS It was a wicked day enjoyed the flat water again but now waiting to go back on the waves again

Nope.... I saw them all too, I'll have a look in the Cambrian News today to see if I can find out what happened.

Aren't you going to start using the diaries here to record your sessions Ian...Now that you're getting back out on the water a little more.

I couldnt' find anything about it in the Cambrian News, so it looks as though following all the excitement with the emergency services a few weeks ago, that whatever was happening on Sunday wasn't worth reporting.... And thats saying something if the Cambrian News didn't find it worthy!!!

I did actually find an articel in the Cambrian News in the end that said what was going on with all the Emergency Services on Sunday..

Loads of people were getting blown offshore in inflatables due to the offshore wind. The Cambrian News went to great lengths to point out that all of the people involved were from the Midlands!! A helicopter was scrambled for one lot and the coastguard called out about 3 times in Borth and a couple of times in Aber.
