Perfect Day Today
Wind was on form today... 25- 30 knots most of the day here, but I didn't manage to get out. Should have squeezed a quick session in
around lunchtime, but after working all morning and with a 3km swim looming in the afternoon I just didn't quite get around to it.
Think I must be getting old and slowing down!
Don't think I'll bother with tonights MTB night ride either - Mainly because I've forgotten to charge my lights but also because its
the first day for a while that me knee and back haben't hurt so it'll probably be a good idea not to aggravate them this evening but
having a nice evening in rather than blatting around the forest in the dark!
