Everything hurts!
Well, February has been pretty windy so far but after the lack of wnd in Dec and Jan I don't think my body was quite ready for it.
Everything hurts this morning! My feet are killing me, I can barely walk, my knees and ankles aren't much better either. My face is
pretty sore after
yesterday's big
crash and I still have a really sore throat and chest which doesn't help matters.
The things we put up with for some thrills and spills on the high seas.
Looks like I shall have to do it all over a gain today though.

Neil, surely by your age your brain is so adled that it is incapable of processing the sensation of pain?
My aches and pain seem to have developed into flu-like symptoms now, so it's time for an egg and bacon sandwich and then some slobbing
on the sofa.
Shame as it looks good out there.

Well spotted Neil - I am getting fairly old myself so these little errors will probably become more common place!
Foot and face is on the mend now so I'll be out next time the wind blows.
