Off the water til next week
No windsurfing for me this weekend (even if there is wind) Jarred my neck on thursday evening spent 5 hours in A+E and still didn't see
doc gave up and went home. Managed to get appointment with GP on Friday morning verdict: badly strained muscles on right side of neck
signed off work til next thursday and told to take anti inflammatory's and valium to relax the muscle.
Was told not to sail til next weekend even if I feel ok by tuesday or wednesday
As if I even thought about going windsurfing while signed off work 
(was hoping to be signed off all week and have long weekend somewhere next weekend)
Looks like its not gonna be a windy weeked so things could of been worst
