Aberystwyth MTB Rides Week Beginning 1st March
Night Ride
This week it is the Dyfi forest on Wednesday 3rd March so meet at the usual car park above Ceinws at 6:30 pm. We will ride the ClimachX
trail and maybe a couple of extras (enduro trails - probably Elephant and the the three-in-one descent), but much depends on the
weather and riders enthusiasm.
Lights are a necessity for the ride. Dave has a spare set of lights, so if you want to borrow some then let us know. Bring something
warm for the end of the ride as it can still get cold later on. Bringing a change of clothing might be a good idea.
Weekend Ride
Mawddach Goldrush on Sunday 7th. I'm riding there as are a few other from Ystwyth-MTB. You can probably sign up on the day if you want
to enter. 3 x 10 mile laps mostly on the Tarw Trail at Coed y Brenin. It was good last year.
General Info
There is a group of 10ish transient and 4-5 regular “hardcore” riders who join in on these rides in and around
Aber/Mach.
We will ride for 2-2¬? hours depending on the people who join us, at a social pace.
