Tony missess a wicked weekend at Ynyslas whilst we dice with death Shem help
Yep when we had probably the best day in the estuary this year on sunday where was Tony? not only did he miss the new Spooker mobile
(again) and and all the really good kitesurfers who turned up to take part in the great conditions including that respected racontiere
and windsurfer Steve the Bus. he missed dicing with death amidst the plonkers on the jet bikes; i had one who actually thought changing
tack back and forth whilst aproaching me head on at speed was a good laugh. there were two children hurtling up and down the estuary at
high speed on there own, would they be covered by insurance? course not!
Shem think you should put in a complaint on our behalf to the harbour master in dovey!

Ill certanly have a word. But without licence numbers, theres not much they can do. each jet ski must legaly have a rego type number on
it, some where clearly visible, so if you can get that, youve got a argument. Also any one acting badly can be stuck with a asbo, if
your can proove or have a witness. Ill have a word any way

Must confer with Neil, the jet skis were a bit of a pain,
I learnt something new though, that when you carve on your skim board towards the back of a passing boat to play on the wake, check
first to see if it is towing a skier behind it, I didn't and wondered why a guy on the boat waved at me frantically, luckily I looked
and averted disaster by managing not to get my kite lines tangled on a tow rope - not like me at all really I'm usually much more adept
at hashing things up!

hi Shem the kids were riding VERY large jet ski's one was black and the other white. the chap that jiggled at me coming head on as i
was crossing the flow was riding a black one and looked old enough to know better. shame as there were some that were not only sensible
but had some knowledge of right of way with sail and power and also stayed well away from us all.
not much use really . Steve Bus went and had a word with the coastguard guys in their truck as one of the kids came well close to him.
Steve was told that they could only act if instructed to do so by the old Bill.

thought so, the police will only act if alerted by the beach patrol, the ones at ynys las are only really there for conservation
purposes, unlike aberdyfis which are more water orienated. Ynys las is governed by Aberystwyth harbour officially, although Aberdyfi
