Currently laid up with a fractured ankle after an ice climbing accident in Italy I've found myself watching a lot of TV recently.............

Countryfile featured an section on the Ceredigion Coast path.

Visited the dunes with it's rare plants etc at Ynyslas and Borth with it's sunken "tree stumps".

Unfortunatley it's the only way I'm going to see it for the next few weeks.

Still it will have warmed up by the time I'm back on the water




Boys never grow up.........their toys just get more expensive !!
