Borth Beach Clean - Sunday 15th March

Date: Sunday March 15th
Time: 3pm (for about 1 and a half hours)
Location: Golf course car park at Ynyslas

The section of beach along the golf course looks pretty bad at the moment so that's the bit that we'll be cleaning.

I hope that lots of you will be able to come along and join in.

Al.

Count me in Al it's during buggy riding time that day I'll let my newbies know we're taking a break during our session.

Sarah says thanks for posting this.
She will bring bags and other stuff that the council have provided for us, and the Golf Club have said that they will collect the bags up so that we don't have to lug them around (which is nice of them).

A good pile of black bags, sweet. I filled three without moving more than 200 yards from the top of the carpark now if I see anyone camping chucking bags and bottles into the gorse in the dunes i'm going to get tetchy about it!!!!!! Thanks to whoever threw the carrier bag with eight unopened cans of fosters but I couldn't bring myself to drink them so I fed them to the rabbits.

Nice one Jack.....

Good to see a nice group out clearing up the beach, and a beautiful day for it too... I went across with Anna and Morgan but got distracted by the surf so ended up getting wet instead.

haha don't worry Al Morgan did your share for you and chattered all the way down the beach! Anna was a busy bunny too! I was just happy to get stuck into the North end of the carpark and clear the camping area up a bit. A good load of bags full of junk cleared and a nice way to spend a wind-less couple of hours. Just spotted Andy B's post about his keys - I'll have a ride up on the bike after work tomorrow and have a nosey round.
